Letter: Vote out Lovenheim and East Stroudsburg School Board

As you're aware, these people gave Mosiers Development a TIF when they did this it was to be a commercial development bringing 900-plus jobs most of us knew Brick and Mortar stores were on the downturn. Now we’re looking at 900-plus apartments. What does that mean disaster to us, the taxpayers? They say some will be housing over 55, but that allows kids now if you have one child per apt that is 900-plus children it costs the school $18,000 per student and with the TIF there will be no revenue coming in, so guess who pays? You and I.

Now some say they are getting a St. Luke’s, well medical facilities are tax free. This is serious why are we the taxpayers paying to develop property. We cannot afford this.
