‘I Know I Was Being Stupid, And I Regret All Of It,’ Says 14-Year-Old Admitting He Damaged School Property

Trenton has been to juvenile detention twice and says he never wants to go back. The 14-year-old, who was recently expelled from school, faces possible felony and misdemeanor charges of theft, destruction of property, and trespassing. He admits to damaging school property and stealing a handicap parking sign from the school parking lot. “Of course, I was going to get in trouble, but I didn’t really think about getting in trouble when I was doing it,” says Trenton. His friend recorded a video of the incident and then posted it to social media as part of the trending “Devious licks” challenge. “I know I shouldn’t have done it, and I know I was being stupid, and I regret all of it,” says Trenton in the video above.
