Jun. 14—KISS is suiting up for a final performance in Toledo.
The legendary rock 'n roll act stops at the Huntington Center on Aug. 25, the band and the venue announced on Monday. The performance is part of their final leg of their final tour, which was postponed last year amid the pandemic. The End of the Road Tour is now resuming in August, with new and rescheduled dates stretching through 2021.
Known for their iconic getups and larger-than-life performances, Kiss has been rocking audiences since the 1970s. They are credited with more than 100 million albums sold, and were inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall in 2014.
"Time marched on but we couldn't," the band wrote in a statement announcing the new dates. "Now, the boots are on and we're hauling an extra year's worth of pyro, lights and spectacle. WE ARE BACK! We're pumped and can't wait to celebrate with our biggest, wildest and hottest show ever."
Tickets for newly added stops, including Toledo, go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday at Ticketmaster.com.
