A kimchi burger is coming to Mishawaka

A peanut butter kimchi burger

That's one of the signature sandwiches that will be available at the new Vinyl Tap and Table opening January in downtown Mishawaka.

While the kimchi (a Korean dish of fermented vegetables) burger may not be one that immediately screams "yum" for most ((but I'm willing to give it a try)), other options like the 'Tennessee Whiskey,' with roasted garlic, provolone, bacon, grilled onion and whiskey glaze, and the 'I'm Bleu' with bleu cheese, bruschetta and fried onion may pique your appetite.

The burger bar will be music-themed, with a large mural portraying various artists already painted and vinyl records will be played and sold. The restaurant also plans to offer a full bar and seating is family friendly.

Operators of the new restaurant say it will be "hip little burger music bar."
