Kilmister joins Rath, Young and Pignatelli

Feb. 27—CONCORD — Rath, Young and Pignatelli P.C., a full-service law firm based in Concord, with offices in Nashua, Boston and Montpelier, Vermont, announced recently that Lauren Kilmister has joined the firm as an associate attorney.

Kilmister will practice as a member of the Renewable/Alternative Energy and Utility Practice Group and the Business and Finance Practice Group. Her work will primarily focus on support of the firm's renewable energy practice.

Prior to joining the firm, Kilmister worked as an associate at McLane Middleton in Manchester, where her focus was corporate and business law. She attended Northeastern University School of Law, and while there completed co-op placements with the Massachusetts Attorney General's Environmental Protection Division, Klavens Law Group P.C., and Ocean Spray Cranberries Inc.
