As one of the highest-paid comedians, Kevin Hart can afford to drop big bucks on a second mansion—which is exactly what he’s just done. The veteran comedian, whose estimated worth is reportedly $200 million, recently dropped $7 million on his next-door neighbor’s house in Calabasas, California, reports Dirt.

Located in a celebrity-favored neighborhood, the massive compound sprawls across more than 16 acres of land, boasting an infinity-edged swimming pool, a full-size tennis court, and a putting green for practicing golf. The 9,349-square-foot home is fitted inside with large formal living and dining rooms, an upgraded white kitchen complete with stone countertops and stainless appliances, plus a separate breakfast room and a wine cellar. There are also six bedrooms and six bathrooms, including the main suite, which has a private spa-style bathroom.

In addition to the aforementioned outdoor amenities, the landscaped backyard features a koi pond fed by a waterfall, an alfresco dining area for entertaining, and an outdoor kitchen with a barbecue, a pizza oven, and a fireplace.

As for Hart’s main residence, the funny actor lives on the even bigger neighboring property, which was custom built and completed in 2018, with his wife, Eniko, and four kids. The 9,500-square-foot Spanish villa–style compound sits on 26 acres of land that feature a children’s playground, a rectangular swimming pool, and a volleyball court. Based on his Instagram posts, the Fatherhood actor also has an indoor-outdoor gym dubbed Hustle Hart, where he often works out.
