Kensington Palace is looking for a housekeeper to assist Kate & Wills
Prince William and Kate Middleton, The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, have placed an advert for a housekeeper to assist their royal residence of Kensington Palace.
Applicants must have "an organised approach" and "take pride" in their work, says the vacancy advertised on The Royal Family website. They must also be able to "manage a varied workload, show initiative, be content to work flexibly, including being able to travel".

"We wish to appoint an experienced person to assist in Royal residences," the job description reads. "You will support the management of all housekeeping operations and pro-actively deputise for the Senior Housekeeper, being accountable in their absence."
As well as this, the successful applicant will also be expected to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion at all times.
Prince William and Kate live in Apartment 1A with their three children – Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis. Despite being dubbed an "apartment", the Cambridges London residence boasts 20 bedrooms, including five reception rooms, three main bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, his-and-hers dressing rooms, a night and day nursery and staff quarters.
There are nine bedrooms for employees on the top floor, which can be reached by a lift. The home is spread across four storeys, and in the basement you'll find a gym, laundry room and space for luggage.
Previously speaking about the lavish apartment, British royal author, Christopher Warwick, told True Royalty's Royal Beat: "It has 20 rooms from the basement to the attic, it is not a small house. All of these royal residences at Kensington Palace are called apartments, which of course makes people immediately think they are flats like the American term for an apartment.
"They are not. If you think of Kensington Place in a way it is built around three courtyards. If you kind of think of them as being these wonderful red brick terrace houses. Because they are all joined, but separate houses."
US President Barack Obama and First Lady Michelle have been the most high-profile guests welcomed into the Duke and Duchess' home.
