Kate Beckinsale shocks the internet with video showing off her flexibility:' Are people supposed to bend like that?'

Just an average Tuesday morning for Kate Beckinsale.

The British beauty, who often delights the internet with her hilarious behind-the-scenes snapshots, sweet cat Instagrams and some NSFW pictures, recently took to Instagram to post a now-viral video of herself stretching with her personal trainer. The video took a turn when, all of sudden, Beckinsale's leg ends up behind her head.

She captioned the video, "@bradsiskind and I and his little towels are running off to join the circus 🎪 🤡."

Whereas the actress may seem calm and relaxed in the gym video, her contortionist-like move left us wincing. Many Instagram users were in such disbelief that they assumed Beckinsale had a fake leg.

"Are people supposed to bend like that?" wrote one Instagram user. Joked another, "Do you even have any ligaments or tendons. This is what I used to do to my barbies."

The 46-year-old took to an interview with Jimmy Fallon this week to talk about rumors surrounding her body. "My mum texted me and said that in England people think I've got a fake leg," she said to the host. "I'm quite flexible, so now there's a thought that possibly I've got a rubber leg or a pretend leg."

"I did a lot of ballet when I was a kid and now I can cause worry about a fake leg. That's really all I've got," she continued.

This isn't the first time the star has shown off her flexibility on Instagram. She frequently shares photos of her workout routines, yoga moves and stretches to the site.
