'Jumbo-size' cat up for adoption at Philadelphia shelter goes viral: 'Can you guess how much he weighs?'
Big bois need love, too.
A Philadelphia animal shelter is looking for an individual to provide a loving home for a cat named Beejay, or Mr. B, who rocketed to internet stardom overnight due to his full figure.
According to Morris Animal Refuge, the 26-pound, sad-eyed feline "redefines" the term "chonk," a term which is often invoked on social media to describe hefty animals or even people.
"OMG, big boi Mr. B is a CHONK," the shelter wrote on Thursday. "He's a chonk of a chonk."
"Adopt this jumbo-sized package of fluff & love."

The shelter's tweet has since been shared more than 11,000 times and racked up 37K likes. In fact, interest in the chonklicious cat was so immense that the shelter's website crashed.
"We’re overwhelmed by the outpouring of love & interest in our Mr. B," the shelter wrote Friday.
Good morning! We’re overwhelmed by the outpouring of love & interest in our Mr. B. Since our website is still down, you can see him & our other adoptables, & contact us, through our @petfinder page: https://t.co/9CnmAUYnSa! Although Morris Animal Refuge says Mr. B will need to undergo some medical testing before he can be adopted out, the shelter is still leveraging his new-found fame for good.
On Friday, the nonprofit shared information on some of its other residents who need forever homes, including a smaller cat named Pandora.
"Mr. B says apologetically that he won’t be able to go home yet today — our vet wants to do a thorough checkup due to his size, etc," the shelter wrote. "He hopes people check out our other adoptables, like his friend Pandora (aka Nancy) — today’s her 226th day at the shelter."

The organization, which was founded in 1874 and claims it is America's first animal shelter, also launched a fundraiser on Facebook in the name of its most famous resident. The campaign has already raised more than $1,300.
