Jennifer Lopez shuts down speculation she's had Botox, plastic surgery: 'That's just my face!!!'

Jennifer Lopez is shutting down speculation that her famously youthful complexion is anything but the result of a good skincare routine.

The 51-year-old singer, actress and businesswoman shared a video of herself over the weekend trying out a new face mask from her skincare line. One commenter seemed to think Lopez wasn't being completely honest with how she got her results: "You definitely have Botox," the user wrote. "And tons of it."

Added another: "Love her. But let’s be real. That mask isn’t what gives her that skin. It’s lasers and her dermatologist and other treatments combined with her skincare. You can use this mask for the rest of your life and not have skin like that. This mask is like a chef giving you half the recipe to his secret sauce."

"LOL that's just my face!!!" Lopez replied to the first commenter. "For the 500 millionth time ... I have never done Botox or any injectables or surgery!! Just sayin' "

She offered a few of her beauty secrets, starting with using her new skincare line, JLO Beauty.

"Try spending your time being more positive, kind and uplifting of others (and) don't spend your time trying to bring others down," she wrote. "That will keep you youthful and beautiful too!!! Sending you love #beautyfromtheinsideout #beautyhasnoexpirationdate"

Celebrity supporters and fans leaped to Lopez's defense in the comments.

"I want it. Whatever is in that product," Kristin Chenoweth wrote. "I want your face!"

"Ordered," wrote beauty mogul Loren Ridinger with a heart emoji.

"I am not so sure about Botox," another fan commented. "Look at her neck and her chest. She has no wrinkles anywhere on her body. I believe she may be lucky enough to not need Botox. She has obviously taken great care of herself."

Lopez has had a busy past year: She kicked off 2020 with a dynamic Super Bowl halftime show performance with Shakira. She released new music. She closed out the year headlining "Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve" and this week, she'll perform on yet another big stage: Joe Biden's presidential inauguration.
