Jason Statham has been spotted in Qatar, shooting scenes for an upcoming Guy Ritchie thriller.

The as-yet-untitled movie – previously called Five Eyes – is currently filming in the capital city, Doha, with Statham and Aubrey Plaza leading the cast.

Statham plays MI6 hardman Orson Fortune, who teams up with Plaza’s CIA tech expert as they work to track down a deadly weapon.

As well as those two, the cast includes The Princess Bride star Cary Elwes and Manchester-born rapper Bugzy Malone, who made his movie debut in Ritchie’s The Gentlemen.

The cast and crew of the new film were seen working around a number of Doha’s most memorable landmarks, including the Museum of Islamic Art.

“There’s no one more badass than Statham, and I’m coming for Statham.

“He better watch out because I’m going to destroy him, and he’s going to like it.”

One of the biggest draws for the new movie is a long-awaited reunion between Statham and Ritchie, who have been very busy of late.
