An Evening of Victorian Cocktails. Conrad-Caldwell House Museum, 1402 St. James Court., 6:30-8 p.m. Thursday and Friday. Brian Cushing, the Victorian Man, will lead a progressive cocktail tour through the Conrad-Caldwell House Museum. The evening will begin in the parlor with a traditional ladies drink; then a trip to the servant's hall with a sampling of a Victorian era working-class drink; ends with a gentleman’s drink in the billiards. MakerPlace Workshop: Wood Working. Kentucky Science Center, 727 W. Main St., 1 p.m. Saturday. Winter Sound Walk. Louisville Nature Center, 3735 Illinois Ave., 10 a.m. to noon Saturday. Beginner Birding. Louisville Nature Center, 3735 Illinois Ave., 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Sunday. On this hike learn how to identify some of Louisville’s beautiful birds. Participants will learn ID tips such as field marks, behavior, habitat, vocalizations and more. This is for all skill levels of birding, ages 12 and up. “Ali Summit.” Part of Actors Theatre of Louisville Humana Festival of New Plays. In 1967, world heavyweight boxing champion Muhammad Ali met with a group of the top black athletes in the country, who questioned him about his conscientious objection to serving in the Vietnam War. Kentucky Science Center: Do Science. The center is offering a series of videos that feature activities that can be done easily using things from around the house. A new activity will be released every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 11 a.m. on Facebook, Instagram and YouTube.

  • They also have at-home activities: STEM at Home, a collection of Challenger Center lessons and activities that can be modified and completed at home. Each STEM at Home category includes at least one at-home lesson. These activities require common household items or products that are available online. Speed Art Museum: Speed Online. Features art activities; view films from the Speed Cinema; coloring page; Make Your Own Story, inspired by the exhibition Loose Nuts: Burt Hurley’s West End Story. Louisville Parks and Recreation Golf Courses: Golf courses are open from daylight to dark seven days a week. In the clubhouses, food service will be limited to take-out only. Bathrooms and touchpoints will be cleaned multiple times daily, and golf carts will be limited to a single rider per cart, with carts being thoroughly cleaned after each use. Golfers are encouraged to keep 6 feet away from each other during play, based on guidance from the Department of Health and Wellness.
