Memphis Grizzlies star rookie Ja Morant appeared to suffer an injury with a scary fall Monday against the Indiana Pacers.

But after being helped off the court in the third quarter, he returned to action shortly after a trip to the locker room.

Scary tumble

Morant fell backward into a camera operator sitting on the baseline after attacking the basket on a layup attempt in the third quarter.

The injury looked potentially serious, but Morant was back on the court later in the quarter.

The Grizzlies did not provide an update on what was ailing Morant after his tumble.
