At least IU basketball fans had fun in the first half

Looks like it was too good to be true.

IU had a 20-point plus lead in the first half against Wisconsin. But a team that hadn't won in Madison since the Bob Knight days couldn't snap its skid.

The Badgers rallied to beat IU 64-59.

So, the fans that were ecstatic in the first half were a bit sour postgame.

It all adds up to a 42-25 halftime lead on Wisconsin, where IU has not won since 1998.

You bet Hoosiers fans were happy.
