Il Cervo is one of two restaurants planned for the hotel, according to previous reports. Il Cervo will have both indoor and outdoor areas for customers.

The other restaurant is to be a two-level restaurant and lounge anchoring the corner of West Juneau and North Phillips avenues. At Juneau and Fifth Street, the building is to have street-level retail space.

The Trade Hotel will have 207 rooms. The project site is one of the vacant lots that Milwaukee County gave to the Bucks organization as part of the public-private financing for Fiserv Forum.
