Isley Brothers to lead R&B legends show in Moon Township

MOON TWP. – Multi-platinum and famed R&B group The Isley Brothers, will perform for one show only at the UPMC Events Center at Robert Morris University on April 7.

The group will appear with special guests; The Whispers, Howard Hewett and Tom Browne in a concert called "The R&B Legends Showdown."

Tickets will be available via Ticketmaster.

Presales begin at 10 a.m. Wednesday, with the public on sale starting at 10 a.m. Friday. Ticket prices range from $129.50 to $59.50 with VIP seating available.

Fans can expect to hear all their favorite hits from The Isley Brothers ("Twist & Shout", "It's Your Thing"), The Whispers (1980s hits "And the Beat Goes On" and "Rock Steady"), Hewett, lead singer of Shalamar ("For the Lover in You") and trumpeter Brown “Funkin’ For Jamaica (N.Y.),” and “Thighs High (Grip Your Hips and Move)."
