This one pan was designed to replace your fry pan, sauté pan, steamer, skillet, saucier, saucepan, nonstick pan, spatula, and spoon rest. That’s because it the Always Pan works to braise, sear, steam, strain, sauté, fry, boil, serve, and store. Consider it the eight-in-one kitchen item that you’ll be using as often as possible. Basically, if you only had this one pan in your house, you’d still be able to do all of the cooking you did with a larger collection.
The Always Pan comes is made with an exclusive nontoxic, nonstick ceramic coating without the potentially toxic materials. The aluminum body allows for fast, even heat, and the entire thing is about 4 pounds with the lid on. Your order also comes with a nesting beechwood spatula with integrated spoon rest and a custom stainless steel steamer basket. The pan is compatible with all cooktops and has a 10-inch diameter, 2.7-inch depth, and 2.6-quart capacity.
