The shares are expected to begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange on October 27, 2021, under the ticker symbol "INFA" and the offering is expected to close on October 29, 2021, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
In addition, the underwriters have been granted a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 4,350,000 shares of Informatica Class A common stock at the initial public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions.
