Indeed Brewing Company in Milwaukee is holding a fundraiser Wednesday to support two bartenders from its sister site in Minneapolis after they were severely injured in a car crash.

Benja Wuest and Jacob Charles Eidem, both Minneapolis Indeed bartenders, along with two others, were headed to a cabin in northern Wisconsin when they collided with another car head-on on Dec. 27, according to their Caring Bridge site.

On Jan. 26 from 3 to 11 p.m. all net sales from both taprooms, including the Milwaukee location at 530 S. Second St., will go toward Wuest and Eidem.

Wuest suffered a broken femur ball joint. According to his GoFundMe page, his immediate care was out-of-network and he is expecting six-figure medical bills.

Eidem suffered internal bleeding and a stroke that affected his vision, which leaves him unable to drive and delays his return to work, according to his fundraiser page.

Another man in the car and good friend of the bartenders, Brandon Wharton, succumbed to his injuries after being airlifted to a Twin Cities hospital.

Sam Wuest, the fourth person in the vehicle, was taken to a local hospital after injuring both legs.
