NEW YORK (AP) _ Immatics N.V. (IMTX) on Wednesday reported a third-quarter loss of $207.4 million, after reporting a profit in the same period a year earlier.

The New York-based company said it had a loss of $3.30 per share. Losses, adjusted for non-recurring costs, came to 46 cents per share.

The results did not meet Wall Street expectations. The average estimate of three analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research was for a loss of 31 cents per share.

The company posted revenue of $9.2 million in the period.

Immatics shares have decreased almost 5% since the beginning of the year. The stock has fallen 4% in the last 12 months.
