AUBURN — It was reported Wednesday that Hugh Freeze moved on from five members of Auburn football's coaching staff. And less than 48 hours later, other reports surfaced about who Freeze is bringing with him to the Plains.

Ken Austin, Maurice Harris, Ben Aigamaua, Jeremy Garrett, Dom Studzinski, Matt Bevins, AK Mogulla and Kennedy Harvey are all following Freeze from Liberty to Auburn, according to Football Scoop. Matt Zenitz of On3 Sports also reported the news of Bevins, Mogulla and Harvey joining the Tigers. Harvey's bio on Twitter already reads, "Director of Recruiting Operations, Auburn Football."

It's currently unclear, however, what many of the newcomers' positions on the staff will be. Bevins has served in a variety of roles at Liberty since joining the Flames in 2017, most recently as the program's chief of staff. Mogulla has been the director of player personnel, and Studzinski the head strength and conditioning coach, as well as an associate head coach.

As for the on-field staff, Liberty's website lists Austin as a co-offensive coordinator/quarterbacks coach, Harris as a co-offensive coordinator/wide receivers coach, Aigamaua as the tight ends coach and Garrett as the defensive line coach.

Multiple reports say Garrett will also coach the defensive linemen at Auburn.

The only assistant-related news the university has recognized so far is the retention of Carnell "Cadillac" Williams. Williams, who was the interim head coach for Auburn down the stretch of the season after Bryan Harsin was fired Oct. 31, also received a promotion to associate head coach.

For other coaches on the staff who have not been officially retained or reportedly fired, like linebackers coach Christian Robinson and secondary coach Zac Etheridge, it remains to be seen what their futures will be. Zenitz reported Wednesday that Robinson and Etheridge "seem to be considerations for spots on Freeze's staff."

The official Twitter account for MadHouse Training, a gym in Montgomery where some high-level recruits train, posted a picture Friday morning showing Freeze visiting the gym. Along with him were Williams, Etheridge, Robinson and Garrett. MadHouse's owner, Tracy Tyrome Varner, was in the photo as well.
