The median sales price for a single-family home in Delaware County during February was $94,900. That's a decrease of 16.8% compared with February 2021, according to a USA TODAY Network localized analysis generated with data from Realtor.com.
On a year-over-year basis, single-family home prices just began falling. February prices are down from $110,000 the previous month.
The number of houses sold fell by 21.4% from a year earlier. A total of 77 houses were sold countywide during the month of February. During the same period a year earlier, 98 single-family homes were sold.

In Delaware County the top 10% of the properties sold had prices of at least $245,000, similar to prices a year earlier.
In February, no properties sold for $1 million or more.
