Holly Jolly Express to make stops in Central Bucks

The "Holly Jolly Express" will make its rounds Thursday in the Central Bucks School District.

Passengers include a group of Kutz Elementary teachers who carol in holiday costumes. The decorated school bus will make stops throughout the school district from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. to spread festive spirit in the community.

The primary purpose of this joyful ride is to collect donations for A Woman's Place, a domestic violence center in Doylestown.

"It is one of the most anticipated events of the year for the entire school community," said teacher Alexandra Zucchero, a tour organizer who now teaches at the district's Groveland Elementary School. "This year, local fire trucks, police officers, and Roxy Reader dogs (a charitable nonprofit therapy dog organization) will join the fun. Please join us in spreading the word so we can collect more donations for this cause!"
