• Tanner Halling (113 pounds), Sean Rinebolt (126), Ethan Troccola (220) and Sean Cornell (285), Boonsboro wrestling — They each went 3-0 with three pins in the championship brackets to win their weight classes at the Battle in the Boro, leading the host Warriors to the tournament team title in the 15-school field.
• Dawda Silva, Broadfording boys basketball — Silva had 27 points, 15 rebounds and three steals in the win over Berkeley Springs.
• Victor Hauch, Saint James boys basketball — Had 19 points and 10 rebounds in a win over Avalon at the Mid-Atlantic Basketball Classic.

• Aaliyah Creary, South Hagerstown girls basketball — Scored 15 points in a win over Clear Spring.
• Jillian Crowder and Leah Fisler, Heritage girls basketball — Crowder had 13 points, seven steals and three blocks and Fisler had 10 points and seven assists in a win over Faith.
• Sarah Greenlee, Clear Spring girls basketball — Scored 11 points in a loss to South Hagerstown.
• Dane Harvey and Zach Price, Southern Fulton boys basketball — Each scored 19 points in a win over Meyersdale.
• Jacob Hull, Clear Spring boys basketball — Scored 17 points in a win over South Hagerstown.
• Aliyah Jean-Jacques and Amiyah Fulton, St. Maria Goretti girls basketball — Jean-Jacques had 16 points while Fulton scored 14 as the short-handed Gaels lost by one point to Brunswick after being down by 20.

• Myles Keats and Azmir Scatliffe, North Hagerstown boys basketball — Keats scored 20 points and Scatliffe had 18 points, five steals, five rebounds and three assists in a loss to Williamsport.

• Jayden Ross and Jeremiah Gorham, Saint James boys basketball — Ross scored 33 points and Gorham added 18 points in the Saints' loss to Mercersburg Academy.
• Darren Blocker and Chris Wilson, Mercersburg boys basketball — Blocker scored 31 points and Watson added 22 points in the Blue Storm's victory over Saint James.
• Cole McKeever and Sam Bono, Smithsburg boys basketball — McKeever had 26 points and 11 assists, and Bono added 17 points in a season-opening victory over North Hagerstown.
• Haylee Hartman and Micah Stine, Boonsboro girls basketball — Hartman had 17 points and Stine scored 11 in the Warriors' season-opening win over South Hagerstown.
