Heavy Rain Prompts Flash Flood Warning in Maryland
Heavy rain brought flash flooding to parts of Maryland on the afternoon of Wednesday, August 11.
This footage, filmed by Tim Pfeiffer shows vehicles driving through a flooded residential street in the area of Silver Spring in Maryland.
The National Weather Service issued a flash flood warning for the area, urging locals to not drive or walk through inundated roads.
