Hannah Ann Sluss throws shade at ex Peter Weber after heated 'Bachelor' finale

Hannah Ann Sluss has a lot of new fans after Tuesday night’s Bachelor finale, when the 23-year-old handled a breakup with Peter Weber like a pro. Now, she’s continuing to stand up for herself, and shade her ex-fiancé in the process, with a photo on Instagram.

Mimicking Weber, who works as a commercial pilot outside of television, Sluss took to social media with a photo of herself dressed to do “Pilot Pete’s” job — aviator jacket and goggles included. But she made it clear that she’s “Flyin’ solo.”

“...no turbulence accepted,” Sluss continued the photo’s caption. “PERIOD.”

The photo was posted just hours after Sluss confronted Weber onstage during the live ABC finale on Tuesday evening, months after he had proposed to Sluss and ultimately broke it off because of his persisting feelings for the season’s runner-up, Madison Prewett.

“I knew things were definitely off between us, but walking into and hearing that you couldn’t give me your full heart, that was very blindsiding to me,” Sluss told Weber. “Word of advice, if you want to be with a woman, you need to become a real man.”

Sluss quickly rose to be a fan favorite after standing up for herself. Once she posted the photo on Instagram, she continued to gain support from her now one million followers.

“This is quite literally the best thing I’ve ever seen come across my feed,” the season’s third runner-up, Victoria Fuller, commented.

“You’re amazing. so so stinkin proud of ya,” Bachelor Nation’s Hannah Godwin added. “You deserve the world!”
