Ever wondered what it would be like to sleep in a coffin?
For those who are a fan of all things spooky and supernatural, now is your chance to experience the ultimate Halloween evening.
Booking.com has joined forces with Edinburgh Dungeon to create a unique Séance Sleepover, where horror-loving guests can spend the night tucked in a coffin in the Dungeon’s Torture Chamber.
The overnight stay starts with a complimentary dinner at the Hard Rock Cafe, before taking part in the last immersive Dungeons tour of the day to get acquainted with your new sleeping quarters.

The tour includes ‘The White Lady – Bloody Revenge’ ghost show, a tale of a vengeful 17th century murderess named Lady Christian Nimmo. But, should that not of scared you enough, a professional medium will then get the séance sleepover started with a Ouija board to attempt to summon whatever spirits may lurk in the depths of the dungeon.
Guests will then be let into the Torture Chamber where they will be able to get cosy in the custom-built coffin bed wearing skeleton pyjamas and slippers, naturally.
Before you nod off you’ll be graced with a bedtime story with the Black Jester followed by being served with a (what may be much needed) needed dram of whisky shortly before midnight.
The price of the night is just £66.60, but it’s only available for one night (booking for x2 people per night) on Halloween on 31st October.
