Kate Garraway is set to take over as host of Life Stories next month with an impressive set of guests.

The Good Morning Britain presenter is replacing Piers Morgan as the new host of Life Stories for wide-ranging conversations across three new 60-minute episodes.

In her new series, Kate Garraway will sit down with Great British Bake Off winner Nadiya Hussain to chat about how her life has changed since she won the ultimate Star Baker prize in the tent.

Charlotte Church will be interviewed as well about her incredible story of going from childhood opera prodigy to political activist, with many controversies along with the way.

Rounding off the first series of Kate Garraway's Life Stories will be Liverpool great and former England left winger John Barnes.

"I've always loved having the chance to talk to people, both on air and off," Kate said today (January 20). "Everyone has a story to tell and the wonderful thing about this show is that you have the airtime to delve into the areas of guests' lives that the viewers might not know about already.

"It's also a chance to understand more about the bits we do already know about, both good and bad, and hear it in their own words."
