Girls soccer: 2022 Bergen County Tournament bracket, scores, schedule
The stage is set for the Bergen County girls soccer tournament.
Defending champion Ridgewood was awarded the top seed on Thursday night and seven other schools earned a first-round bye in the 24-team tournament.
BCWCA games will start this weekend with preliminary round games on Saturday or Sunday. The Round of 16 must be played by Oct. 2, while the quarterfinals are Oct. 8 at Indian Hills. River Dell will host the semifinals on Oct. 16 and championship match on Oct. 22.
The BCWCA altered the format this year by adding an invitational tournament that will run concurrently. Teams that lose in the preliminary round of the championship bracket will drop down to the second round of the invitational.
