Future Minds Consulting Announces New Hybrid Course: Inclusion Coaching For Resilience

That's why leadership, inclusion and resilience coach Julien Lefort built his new hybrid coaching program called "Inclusion Coaching for Resilience."

This 5-step program aims to accelerate a leader's ability to be resilient and practice inclusivity in the workplace.

What is resilience?

It is the capacity for people to prepare for, recover from, and adapt in the face of challenges. According to Lefort, resilience operates under four dimensions: composure, self-assurance, tenacity, and challenge.

Composure is about feeling able to regulate your emotions as challenges present themselves. Self-assurance has to do with feeling capable of navigating your relationships and responsibilities.

Tenacity is about your commitment to the goals you set for yourself and the promises you make to others. Challenge is about your capacity to take risks and to learn from the experience.

What is inclusion?

It is about making sure the people around us feel safe enough to share their voices and exist authentically. Like resilience, there are four elements of practicing inclusion: awareness, connection, communication and adaptability.

Awareness is about knowing your own biases and how they play out among different kinds of people. Connection is about creating a space where people can ask questions and be curious.

Communication is about having conversations that consider the experiences of others and adaptability is about being flexible when interacting with others based on their (and your own) experiences.

As a participants of this hybrid program, you will participate in group and individual coaching, establish awareness of the areas of inclusion and resilience where you struggle and excel, set individual goals about where you want to be more inclusive and resilient for yourself and your team, create actionable steps to help achieve your goals, show accountability and track your progress from the start of the program to the end and beyond for continuous growth even after the program.

This is not a course to create awareness of inclusion, rather, it is for you to become resilient through developing your own inclusion, and taking it to the next level.

With an emphasis on group and individual intervention, students of this program will embark on a journey of self-discovery and awareness, becoming proactive allies of their community.

Get to Know Julien Lefort of Future Minds Consulting

Originally from France, Julien grew up in multicultural and diverse environments. His stepfather is from West Africa, his aunt is a member of the LGTBQ+ community and his wife is from another culture. He grew up moving from country to country and this exposure eventually informed his passion for learning, changing and developing in new environments.

He started coaching while he was still working in the corporate world-helping employees grow in their positions. 4 years ago he started his own coaching company.
