A new French-Asian bakery and cafe with international locations is now open in Charlotte
Cloud Cake, anyone? Or fresh bread? TOUS les JOURS, a French-Asian bakery and cafe, has opened in Charlotte.
TOUS les JOURS is known for its breads, pastries and signature Cloud Cake — a fluffy whipped cream and sponge cake concoction.
The SouthPark Mall location of the chain with locations worldwide is owned and operated by Chulho Chang of Charlotte, who grew up in South Korea and was familiar with the brand.
“I am confident in the huge potential TOUS les JOURS has in Charlotte, and I am very proud to be introducing my community to the concept as I know they will appreciate the taste, quality and authenticity of our unique French-Asian pastries and desserts,” Chang said.

THE MENU:
Bakery offerings a variety of breads and rolls, croissants, pain au chocolat and other pastries, plus cake and doughnuts.
Light meals will be available, including sandwiches (club, egg salad, tuna and beef rib and more) and salads such as avocado turkey, chicken Caesar, feta cheese and others.
* Drink offerings include coffee, espresso drinks, tee and smoothies.

TOUS les JOURS means “every day” in French.
Be on the lookout for special occasion menus for holidays and seasonal products.
The SouthPark location is one of more than 70 TOUS les JOURS bakeries in the U.S., and there are more than 1,650 stores all around the world. The only other North Carolina location is in Cary.
