'Freeze!': Pickens Police Detain 'Elsa' as Winter Storm Hits South Carolina

Police in Pickens, South Carolina, detained Elsa from Disney’s “Frozen” as they investigated the source of the snow and cold from a winter storm on Sunday, January 16.

Help us find him,” the department wrote on Facebook. “Please be safe on the road if you have to drive. Big thank you to ‘Elsa’ for stopping by the Department.”
