Clouds are finally breaking as the remnants of Ian continue to slowly push away.
Sunshine looks to peek through by afternoon and we should make it to near 70 degrees Monday.
Overall, the weather pattern will be extremely quiet this week.
October is typically our driest month of the year and it looks like next week and longer will be true to that.
We will eventually warm back up to the upper 70s to low 80s by the end of the week.
Our next front arrives late Friday. Not looking like there will be any rain out of this, but it will usher in cool, dry air for the weekend.
Highs will take the plunge to the 60s with morning lows in the 40s.
Ooo check out this sunrise! Sun is beginning to peak through the clouds... these clouds will gradually clear throughout the day. We have a lot of sunshine in the forecast this week! (Finally!) @wsoctv #ncwx #scwx pic.twitter.com/AaMNoiq0dA

Cloudy and windy at the bus stop this morning! I'm tracking a major temperature swing this week... and keeping an eye on more systems in the tropics. More details on @wsoctv #ncwx #scwx pic.twitter.com/QYZPLelqWy
