FILA Honors 2Pac’s Legacy With Special Grant Hill 2 Low Colorways

FILA expands its range of the Grant Hill 2 Low with two fresh colorways in homage to the late 2Pac. In partnership with the Tupac Shakur Estate, the brand gave the classic silhouette a new edit inspired by the artist’s style.

The latest drop takes a nod to the original album artwork for All Eyez on Me, in which a denim-clad Tupac put up his signature West Side symbol while donning the FILA Grant Hill 2. As a reference to this iconic moment in sneaker history, the footwear brand updated the design with a new color palette. The first pair arrives in the same white, red and navy scheme that was seen in the 1996 album insert. Meanwhile, hues like nudes and white dominate the second iteration. It also includes special elements including canvas-like overlays and hints of paisley on the inner sock liner.

The artist’s signature is stamped below the FILA Grant Hill 2 logo, while a Tupac print appears on the heel. Elsewhere, the duo also gave the packaging a paisley treatment.
