Facebook is trying to get back into the news industry. According to a Wall Street Journal report the social media giant is offering a new "news" tab and giving news publishers up to $3 million per year to license its content. Facebook also confirmed that it is working on a news tab feature to deliver topical stories to users that will launch this fall.
