EXCLUSIVE: BIA Talks Nail and Lash Partnership With KISS

BIA, the international rapper best known for her “WHOLE LOTTA MONEY” RIAA-certified platinum single, has joined KISS Products as the brand’s latest ambassador. The singer-songwriter is often found sporting an eye-catching set of nails and bashful lashes that when put together, exude power and femininity.

KISS provides consumers with easy-to-use, salon-quality beauty products like fashion nails, false eyelashes, color cosmetics and more. Known for meshing the expertise of the beauty salon with the power of self-care, the partnership with a pop star like BIA came easy to KISS. We caught up with BIA at her KISS celebration party to talk about all things glam and learn more about her excitement for the partnership. Keep reading for the exclusive chat.

Can you tell us about your first manicure ever? 

My first manicure ever, that I can remember, was my grandmother painting my nails. She was really into beauty and I think that is where I got my passion for beauty from. 

What is your preferred nail shape, color and size, from KISS?

My preferred and favorite nail is the "Gel Fantasy". I love an extra-long square or coffin shape. 

Do you look for partners with good nail hygiene? 

Absolutely! Hygiene is top two for me. 

Do you have any tips for achieving perfect lashes? 

What I like to do is cut my "Masterpiece" lashes into pieces and glue them along my lash line wherever I need an extra pop of drama. 

When do you feel you are most powerful? 

On stage in a really good outfit with a good set of nails to match. 

As an international rapper and recording artist, how do you manage your influence, specifically in terms of beauty, on others? 

I always try to do what feels most authentic and natural to me. I hope to lead by example and exude confidence so that other women can do the same. 

If you could give your best friend one KISS product, what would it be? 

The Gel Fantasy nails, of course.
