Evening drive-thru vaccination clinic to be held Thursday, April 15, in Willmar

Apr. 12—WILLMAR — A evening COVID-19 vaccination clinic is scheduled for 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday, April 15, at the Kandiyohi County Rescue Squad Building at 1801 Highway 12 East in Willmar.

Kandiyohi County Public Health is conducting the clinic, which is open to all adults 18 years and older. The clinic will be using the Moderna vaccine, which will require a second appointment approximately 28 days following the first shot.

There is no cost for the vaccine and an insurance card is not required.

Advance registration is required. Registration can be completed starting at 9 a.m. Tuesday at www.kcmn.us/covid-19. Individuals should use the web browser Google Chrome for best results. An email address is required, as confirmations will be sent via email.

Appointments will be scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis.
