Erie County restaurant inspections for June 23-29, 2022

At least once a year, Erie County Department of Health officials inspect all restaurants and stores that sell unpackaged food. Here is a list of violations recorded June 23 through Wednesday.

TWO CRITICAL VIOLATIONS

Panos Restaurant, 1504 W. 38th St. (Cheese machine not holding products hot enough; Hollandaise sauce found not hot enough at 120 degrees. Walk-in cooler found holding products at 47-50 degrees.) Wednesday
