Episode three of our new variety show for Kansas City sports fans: SportsFeed KC

Welcome to SportsFeed KC, our new weekly showcase for short, fun, sports-centric videos. This is episode #3.

We’ll cover sports across Kansas City through fast, fun highlights coupled with a few deeper dives into the games people play — from the Kansas City Chiefs and Royals to roller derby and fly fishing, curling to croquet.

Season one will consist of eight episodes, plus our pilot, which you can view here. We’ll share episodes here on KansasCity.com, or you can subscribe to our YouTube channel to see the latest episodes.

In this episode, we’ll take you SMU for a Boulevarding experience, which is how they tailgate. We’ll also hang out with Chiefs fans as they tailgated before the first home game. And, we talk about disc golf, as we give you a look at the disc golf course at Waterworks Park, also known as the home court of the Kansas City Disc Golf Club. They have a club championship event that starts on October 14 at Rosedale Park and finishes at Waterworks Park on Sunday the 15th.

We’ll also talk about the Kansas City Croquet Club, and see where they play most Saturdays.
