New England Patriots at Green Bay Packers: Predictions, picks and odds for NFL Week 4 matchup

Aaron Rodgers and the Green Bay Packers are favored by a whopping 9.5 points when they play host to Bill Belichick's New England Patriots.

With Patriots quarterback Mac Jones dealing with an ankle injury and backup Brian Hoyer likely to play in relief, coach Matt LaFleur and the Packers are expected to keep their winning ways going en route to a third victory in the 2022 NFL regular season. The game is scheduled to kick off Sunday at 4:25 p.m. from Lambeau Field.

Lorenzo Reyes: Packers 30, Patriots 10

Mac Jones had still been finding his way, but with him sidelined and with the Packers rolling, this game could get out of hand. I expect the Patriots to try to control the line of scrimmage and use a heavy dose of outside zone rushes but Aaron Rodgers and Green Bay should coast to a comfortable victory here.

Safid Deen: Packers 30, Patriots 10

Aaron Rodgers and the Packers have rebounded nicely from their Week 1 loss to Minnesota with wins over Chicago and an injury-riddled Tampa Bay. With Patriots starter Mac Jones likely to sit due to a high-ankle sprain, look for Green Bay to cruise at home against New England.

Lance Pugmire: Packers 24, Patriots 13

Aaron Rodgers might be lacking quality receivers, but at least he can play. If New England’s Mac Jones is sidelined with that high ankle sprain he suffered Sunday, the Patriots’ point total here is likely too high.
