Sen. Elizabeth Warren wants to provide a mug to catch all of the "billionaire tears."

Warren's campaign released mugs featuring the "Billionaire Tears" slogan on the same day she released an ad campaign targeting billionaires and touting her plan to introduce a wealth tax.

"Savor a warm, slightly salty beverage of your choice in this union-made mug as you contemplate all the good a wealth tax could do: universal childcare, student debt cancellation, universal free college, and more," the description of the mug reads.

In the campaign video, the senator calls out Leon Cooperman, former CEO of TD Ameritrade, and other prominent billionaires voicing fears about her proposals. The campaign suggested that when Cooperman became emotional during a CNBC interview about the 2020 election, he teared up because Warren "might require him to pay his fair share in taxes."

Cooperman hit back after the video was released, telling CNBC that Warren is "trying to demonize wealthy people."

Warren has previously said that it's "only fair" that Cooperman and "his billionaire friends chip in to make sure everyone else has a chance to succeed."
