You can eat tiny pancakes in this tiny IHOP starting this winter

The most adored pancake chain just got even more adorable -- in a totally tiny way!

Starting on October 24, pancake lovers everywhere will have the chance to dine at the first-ever Tiny IHOP at a secret location in Los Angeles, California.

The reservation-only pop-up is opening from December 12 through December 15 with seatings available at 5 PM, 7:30 PM and 10 PM.

The teensy, 170-square-foot space seats six people, with the lucky diners being treated to an exclusive IHOP-inspired menu.

In order to score one of the coveted (albeit miniature) seats, interested patrons must sign up for a MyHOP (IHOPS perks and rewards program) membership before October 20 at midnight PST.

Once registered, members will receive booking instructions on October 24 to help them secure their table through Yelp, bearing in mind that reservations will be offered on a first come, first serve basis.

IHOP is also offering a sweepstakes for MyHOP members that will give the winner and a guest a three-day, two night trip to Los Angeles featuring, of course, a pancake-filled dinner in the Tiny IHOP.
