ANTHONY FAUCI: The NIH and our biomedical research community has always been, is now, and I hope will always be the dominating biomedical research force in the world. And just about everybody admits that that's not changed.
Whether China does what China wants to do or Russia does what Russia wants to do, what we do with regard to science, the development of therapeutics, the development of vaccines, is something that the world has always looked upon us for leadership, and it continues to this day.
