Disneyland deal: Kids everywhere can now get the same discount as SoCal residents
Experiencing the “Happiest Place on Earth” just got less expensive.
Disneyland officials are once again offering a deal on tickets for Southern California residents, as they tend to do at this time every year. But in 2020, they’re extending their ticket sale to children under 10 everywhere.
Mickey and Minnie devotees can visit their idols for as little as $67 per day when they buy a three-day, one-park-per-day ticket for $199. (A park-hopper ticket, which allows guests to visit Disneyland and California Adventure on the same day, is available for an additional $55.)
The package deal includes one Magic Morning experience, which allows the ticketholder to enter the park an hour before it officially opens. No line for Space Mountain!
The discounted rates for both specially priced tickets are available for purchase through May 18, and tickets must be used by May 21 of this year.
Additional restrictions apply to both, but basically the sale means that, if you plan it right, you’ll be paying much less than the $104 to $149 per day that Disneyland currently charges for one day at a single park.
At the same time, Disney announced that hotels at the Disneyland resort would be up to 25 percent off select rooms on select nights through April 16. Perfect for making sure that you won’t miss new experiences at the park, including “Mulan’s Lunar New Year Procession” at California Adventure, beginning Jan. 17; the “Magic Happens” parade at Disneyland, starting Feb. 28; and the annual Food and Wine Festival, kicking off Feb. 28 at California Adventure. Disney diehards know, of course, that the newest attraction in Star Wars land, the ride Rise of the Resistance, opens Jan. 17.
Just imagine how much Blue Milk you can buy with the money you’re saving on tickets.
