Jon Wilk is the CEO and President of Composecure. He has more than 20 years of industry experience, is the former Head of Product and Chief Marketing Officer for JPMorgan Chase Consumer Bank, and is the former President of Paychoice, leading SaaS-based payroll company that was sold to Sage in October 2014.
Adam Lowe, PhD is the Chief Innovation Officer of Composecure. He has more than 10 years of experience in the security and technology industries, received his PhD and MBA from Cornell University, and is a former group leader of the Innovation Development Team at SRC, Inc.
Dr. Don Basile, PhD is the Chairman and Co-CEO of Roman DBDR Tech Acquisition Corp. He has more than 20 years of technology industry experience as an executive, investor, or board member in more than 30 Silicon Valley growth companies. Don also is a former CEO, Co-Founder, and Director of two leading data storage companies that completed successful IPOs on the NYSE.
