Game notes: Lynn got a late start to the season, debuting June 13 vs. the Tigers, allowing 10 hits and three runs in just over four innings. His last two starts came against the Kansas City Royals, and the first one (one run over six innings) was better than the second (four runs over six innings).

Alexander has two appearances vs. the Pale Hose this season, allowing five hits, two strikeouts and a run over 2⅓ innings.

Next up, the Tigers have a doubleheader with Cleveland Guardians on Monday. The White Sox will host the Houston Astros starting Monday.
