It was bound to happen, right? Someone's knees were gonna be weak with vomit on their sweater due to Mom's Spaghetti.

Well, swap out the sweater for a Bengals jersey and mission accomplished.

In Sunday afternoon's clash against the Detroit Lions at Ford Field, Cincinnati Bengals offensive lineman Jackson Carman left the game after vomiting on the field. No big deal, throwing up on a football field is that gross thing you know happens but choose to forget about.

In Carman's case, who returned off of the team's COVID-19 list recently, it caps perhaps the worst way to know a food recommendation ended terribly.

Since it's a popular spot, the fine folks of Detroit suggested the new joint opened by rapper Eminem, "Mom's Spaghetti".

Fast forward to Sunday's game, Carman ends up blowing chunks on the field.

It seems like Carman regrets some choices in life.

"Would not recommend eating Moms spaghetti when you visit Detroit," Carman wrote on social media on Sunday.

It seems like the fine people of Detroit are confessing to say they gave him the recommendation of Em's restaurant and some are abandoning all bedside manner.

Cincinnati goes on the road next to Baltimore, hopefully noted Baltimore rapper Blaqstarr doesn't have a restaurant opening up in the next few days.

UPDATE: Apparently Mr. Carman's vomit-related incident is NOT in connection with "Mom's Spaghetti", he just had the standard "puke during a game" situation. In fact, he's never had Mom's Spaghetti. We've been had.
