After announcing their engagement in October, Dennis Quaid and Laura Savoie debuted her new bling at an event in Nashville over the weekend. Quaid, 65, and Savoie, who is 39 years his junior, smiled and posed for photos on the red carpet at the YouTube premiere of the documentary "The Gift: The Journey of Johnny Cash." At one point Quaid grabbed his fiancée's hand, showing off her engagement ring to photographers.
