Deming Senior Center distributes 300 valentines for seniors made by students

Barbara and Ken Gilliam were excited to receive a special Valentine's Card at the Deming Senior Center on Monday. The Deming Senior Center distributed 300 Valentine's Cards to senior citizens on Monday. The cards were made by students from Mrs. Reynolds and Mrs. Holguin's third-grade classrooms at Bell Elementary School and students from Mrs. Mary Almanza's third-grade class at Bataan Elementary School, and from Columbus Elementary School Librarian Margarita Calderon, with students from that school. The project was supported by Western Heritage Bank.
