A Daytona Beach-area family is seeking help with funeral expenses after the tragic deaths of two young children.

Sashane Brown-Stenneth, 31, and her two children — Jordanae Lewin, 10, and Jordinho Stenneth, 8 — were traveling to visit Brown-Stenneth's mother on Nov. 2 when their car struck a curb and flipped into a canal in South Daytona shortly after 7:30 p.m., police said.

While emergency responders were able to get all three to the hospital, Jordinho died from his injuries later that night; Jordanae died three days later, Sidacia Brown, the children's aunt, said on the GoFundMe page she created Thursday.

More than $3,000 of the $25,000 goal was raised as of Monday afternoon.
